330 Main Street – Fully Leased Office Building in Barrington, Illinois
We are pleased to announce that our office building at 330 Main Street in Barrington is now at 100% leased. This is a very beneficial for us as we acquired the building less than two years ago.
In September we successfully secured the refinancing of the original loan. Class A investors received a distribution for the return of their entire original equity investment, in addition to a preferred annualized return of 12%. Going forward, we anticipate quarterly distributions in the amount of a 12% annual distribution on the amount of the original investment.
Regency OP LLC – Office Condominiums and Land Parcels in Naperville, IL
Since the purchase of this property in late 2012, five of the original seven condominium units have sold. This resulted in a 25% return of our investors’ original investment. Two condominium units and 2 parcels of land remain. We are very pleased with the current marketing activity. Our goal is to keep the units for sale and not consider leasing at this point in time given the strength of the “sale” market and the improving economy.
