The two phase development site is an entire city block and is bounded by E. Ogden Avenue on the South, N. Jefferson Street on the East, E. Lyon Street on the North, and N. Milwaukee Street on the West.
The East Side neighborhood is one of Milwaukee’s trendiest neighborhoods that boasts some of the most popular nightlife and restaurants around. The East Side and Downtown neighborhoods are easily accessible by foot, by Milwaukee County Transit bus system, or the planned Milwaukee Streetcar, with a proposed stop just a block away. We are also considering having an on-site Bikeshare program for residents.
Avenir Phase II will be a high quality, contemporary, more inclusive community, and more in concert with the Milwaukee tradition of value and quality combined.
